Thanks to the long handle and support rests, the bowl is stable when placed in a pot filled with hot water. The flattened base is specially designed for safe placement on table tops and worktops. Regardless of whether you are left- or right-handed, the 2 spouts on the rim allow you to pour the liquid ingredient in a targeted manner on either side.
