Description

For slow tempering and melting of chocolate, butter or sugar for baking or for preparing sauces and savoury egg dishes, this water bath melting bowl heats evenly without burning. Thanks to the long handle and support rests, the bowl is stable when placed in a pot filled with hot water. The flattened base is specially designed for safe placement on table tops and worktops. Regardless of whether you are left- or right-handed, the 2 spouts on the rim allow you to pour the liquid ingredient in a targeted manner on either side.
