The maximum volumetric capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total capacity of the piece. First use: when using the frying pan for the first time, remove any labels, wash it, dry it, and grease it with oil on the inside and heat it over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on the size of the frying pan. Wait for it to cool normally, wash it with a sponge and neutral detergent in normal water, rinse, and dry normally. It can be placed in the oven to brown or finish dishes, at a maximum temperature of 260°C. There may be a color change. Repeat the first-use process every time you wash it in the dishwasher. It is recommended to repeat the process periodically to better preserve the coatings. IMPORTANT: To preserve the coatings, do not use utensils with metal tips. To do this, we recommend using only nylon, silicone, wood or bamboo utensils for greater durability of the coating. Frequent use of sauces and foods with strong pigmentation and or use of the frying pan to store food may cause a change in the color of the white ceramic coating. If there is a change in the color of the coating, this does not affect or impede use.
